KATHUA, JULY 28: Union Minister of State in PMO, Dr Jitendra Singh today said that the present central government is sensitive to the concerns of common man.
 He said this after inaugurating updation of Dreamland Park at Kathua. MLA Kathua, Rajeev Jasrotia, MLA Hiranagar, Kuldeep Raj, Deputy Commissioner Kathua Rohit Khajuria, SSP Shridhar Patil and other senior district officers were present on this occasion.
 Dr. Singh said that for upgrading facilities at Dreamland Park Rs. 40 Lakhs have been spent to make the park beautiful and facilities have been developed for the persons of all age group. He said that 120 lights have been placed at the disposal of Deputy Commissioner for proper illumination of the surrounding of the park.
Jitendar Singh said that 6 K.M. long Chattergala Tunnel which will reduce the travelling time from Doda to Dalhousie to 5 hours, Katra-Amritsar-Delhi Express corridor, Keerian-Gandyal bridge, Bio tech park, Seed processing unit and several other ambitious projects will make Kathua a model district.
