POONCH, AUGUST 06: District Development Commissioner Rahul Yadav today chaired a meeting to finalize the preparations for the Independence Day celebration.
ADC Dr Basharat Hussain, ACR B A Lone, DYSP HQ Nawaz, XEN PWD (R&B), SE PDD, ACD RDD, CEO Education, CEO Municipality and other District officers of various departments attended the meeting.
The DDC reviewed the necessary preparations, security arrangements and issued necessary instruction to the concerned departments.
He directed for the felicitation of the meritorious children on the national day.
The DDC instructed all heads of departments to hoist national flag at their respective offices before attending the main event at Sports stadium Poonch.
